The Scientific Committee, under the chairmanship of Prof Charles Marc Samama and Prof Andreas Hoeft, has elaborated an outstanding programme full of cutting edge innovations in basic and clinical science, innovation in clinical application, education and quality and patient safety improvement.
The programme is organised into 16 Learning Tracks.

17 CME’s have been granted to Euroanaesthesia 2018 by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME – Institution of the UEMS).
Pre-congress Courses receive 8 CMEs for one-day courses and 4 CMEs for half-day courses.
- Delegates can exchange their EACCME credits into National CME credits in their home country.
- Physicians may have their EACCME credits converted to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit by applying to the American Medical Association at www.ama-assn.org/go/cme.

Any person who chairs or speaks at Euroanaesthesia in sessions not supported by industry grants will declare, in advance of the publication of the Final Programme, the existence of any relationship or arrangement, direct or indirect, that could be reasonably considered to affect the content of the presentation. This includes, but is not limited to, factors such as financial relationships, advisory positions, receipt of payments, expenses, grants, or departmental support, and membership of other organisations.
Participants who have declared a ‘conflict of interest’ will be indicated in the Final Programme with an asterisk (*). Declared conflicts of interest are automatically disclosed to the audience at the beginning of each session.
